Bella was the best she sure knew her product I have a short wide foot very hard but she didn’t give up even after I thought I found the perfect pair but they hurt the top of my foot she went back and found the solution in these HOKA perfect fit very happy customer Thanks again Bella

Jordan was amazing today! He listened to the problems I'd had with my feet and my experience with other shoes. He provided numerous options and really knew his stuff. He was also really attentive to the person training with him, and she was lovely as well. I unfortunately didn't get her name. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had the best experience with Royale. I have recently had issues with my feet and plantar fasciitis. She listened to me, helped me try on shoes, actually measured my foot and helped pick out inserts for the shoes. The customer service was awesome. You don’t get service like that at places like Dicks sporting goods. I will only buy shoes from Luckys and Royale from now on. I don’t even know if they were more expensive and I don’t care! The personal touch which is a lost art these days was worth every penny!

We stopped in to buy insoles for my shoes and were helped by Erica. She guided me to two perfect insole options and offered to be of assistance if I wanted to look at shoes as well. Erica immediately noticed my stability issues and found the perfect pair of shoes for me on her first try! I tried on at least 6 pairs of shoes and her first recommendation was by far the best! She measured both of my feet and knew which sizes would fit best in which brands (included the width). She taught me a technique for lacing my shoes to prevent my heel from lifting and took time to fit me with heel lifts due to a hip imbalance issue I have. Erica was understanding and knowledgeable about foot issues, post hip-surgery issues, balance problems and stability. As someone who has had 3 falls in the past year at the age of only 40, she helped me find shoes that make me feel more confident getting around. Erica told us that she has worked at Lucky Shoes for 20+ years! Lucky Shoes is beyond lucky to have Erica! She deserves a raise and a promotion! Erica just earned Lucky Shoes another customer for life! Thank you, Erica! 💐💐💐
